About

About me

Hello! I’m Rajani Dhillon, a South Asian Registered Clinical Counsellor deeply passionate about helping others from a young age. I believe in the power of building a strong rapport and being a trusted person for individuals, especially during the challenges of adolescence.
I deeply believe in the inherent resilience of young individuals, acknowledging their ability to overcome challenges and thrive. With the right support and guidance, adolescents can navigate obstacles and emerge stronger. My commitment is to create environments that foster this resilience, guiding them beyond coping to thriving. Through personalized interventions and unwavering support, I aim to instill confidence and resilience in young minds, empowering them to embrace their potential and lead fulfilling lives.
In my practice, I prioritize creating safe, non-judgmental spaces where meaningful connections can flourish while ensuring confidentiality. Drawing from my extensive experience in the mental health field, I bring a compassionate and empathetic approach to supporting diverse clients on their journey towards healing and growth.

I offer a collaborative therapeutic approach, utilizing techniques such as cognitive behavioural therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, narrative therapy, and emotion-focused family therapy. These approaches are customized to address each individual’s unique needs and goals, fostering positive outcomes and sustainable growth.
